Returns Policy
We are here to help. So we've sent you the wrong item. We will sort it out for you and there will be no chocolate biscuits in the office for a week. We are only happy if you are happy. Hence no biscuits.
What if it is damaged in transit? Same again - we'll sort it out. We do that at the Goat & Pencil.
How about the other and rather unlikely scenario that you've ordered the wrong thing or changed your mind? Well you have to take some of the pain so it will cost you a little bit to post it back to us unopened/unused & in its original packaging but we'll give you a refund for the goods.
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to make a Return.
Returns Procedure
There is a returns procedure and it would be really helpful if it could be followed so that we can process the replacement/refund as quickly as possible for you.
Please post item back only to the address on the label. This is important because we ship from multiple locations but faulty goods always go to our office so that we can inspect them and learn from the problem.
